Job Role Overview:

Peresia is seeking experienced Demolition Professionals to handle a variety of demolition projects across Canada. As a member of our platform, you will play a crucial role in safely dismantling structures, preparing sites for new construction, and contributing to the redevelopment of spaces.

Responsibilities:

Executing demolition plans safely and efficiently while minimizing risks.
Operating heavy machinery and using hand tools to dismantle structures.
Coordinating with project managers and clients to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conducting site evaluations to identify potential hazards and implementing appropriate safety measures.
Removing debris and clearing sites in preparation for new construction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in demolition or related construction fields.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations specific to demolition work.
Proficiency in operating demolition equipment and tools.
Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
Strong physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
